Abstract
|
|
|
This paper present a case of juvenile diabetic ketoacidosis in 1 year and 1 month old girl. She was admitted to our ward in comatous mental state.
The cause of the coma revealed was diabetic ketoacidosis. She was recovered completely with insulin therapy.
Thereafter, her blood glucose level was responded with RI 8 unit and 16 unit NPH. She was discharged with ameliorated general conditions in 15 days hospitalization.
